Our partner clinics offer only two doctor visits and then remote monitoring of the Invisible Braces treatment resulting in limitations for accepting patients that require bite correction or have severe alignment and spacing issues. Your case falls beyond the range of the mild to moderate alignment correction making it unfavorable for Smileneo | makeO Invisible Braces. 2. You have unfilled cavities or unhealthy gums resulting in rejection for orthodontic teeth movement.

To keep your new smile in place after the treatment, you will need retainers for your teeth. Without retainers, your teeth have the tendency to move their position. You can decide between removable Invisible Retainers or fixed metal retainers. Invisible Retainers look very similar to your Invisible Braces and need to be worn at night. Metal retainers, however, will be attached at the back of your teeth. Please ask your doctor for a quote.

For the first two weeks after treatment, your retainers need to be worn 22 hours a day. Afterwards you should wear them every night. Make sure you keep wearing them indefinitely, because if you don’t, your teeth will start moving. You can also check with your doctor to get a fixed retainer behind your teeth.
